Meraki Movement at One Boulder Fitness

Join us for a 60 minute Martial arts movement class ~ a balanced blend of Qi Gong and Shaolin Yoga. 

Qi Gong literally means life energy cultivation. It is the art of using body movement, breathing techniques, and mediation to strengthen, cleanse, and circulate the bio-electric life energy called Qi. Practicing these poses guides one into greater awareness, calmness, healing, and vitality.

Shaolin tradition introduces postures which enhance longevity, stamina, agility, power and overall health. The monks of Shaolin would spend a lifetime building their mind-body strength both in physical prowess and mental acuity.

In this class we interweave poses and movements from both traditions for ultimate benefit. 

All levels welcome. We all work together. Each student is led by the teacher through a variety of martial arts movements, meant to cultivate a deep center and movement of energy.

Classes are a suggested donation of $15 for drop in.
