Qi Gong Classes are FUN and meditative ~ Experience your Energy Flowing

Qi Gong literally means life energy cultivation. It is the art of using body movement, breathing techniques, and mediation to strengthen, cleanse, and circulate the bio-electric life energy called Qi. Practice guides one into greater awareness, calmness, healing, and vitality. This class focuses mainly on the internal martial art of qi gong and blends in aspects of tai chi and hsing yi.

Classes are held outside in Howard Heuston Park. All levels welcome. We all work together. Come join us for a meditative Qi Ging class, and afterwards, if you're up for it, we transition into harder martial arts forms, focusing on forms in hung gar, wing chun, wushu, boxing, and Muy Thai, which have applications in the self defense side of kung fu.

PRICING and Packages:

Classes are $15 each for drop in. If you take both classes back to back in one day it is $20.
For a class membership, it's $35 a week for 4 classes.
