Tai Chi & Qigong Classes – On Pause for Now

Thank you to everyone who’s practiced with us at the Spirit Room. Our Tai Chi and Qigong sessions are currently on hold, but we’ll be returning soon with fresh energy and new opportunities to move, breathe, and realign.

Rooted in ancient martial arts and meditative traditions, these classes blend flowing movement with focused breathwork to promote vitality, clarity, and inner balance. Open to all skill levels, each session offers a space to reconnect with your body and cultivate mindful presence.

Now Accepting Personal Training Students

While group classes are on hold, I’m currently offering one-on-one personal training for those ready to dive deeper into the warrior’s path. These sessions are tailored to your goals and experience level, with training available in:

  • Kung Fu (both internal and external styles)

  • Boxing & Muay Thai

  • Warrior Hand-to-Hand Combat

  • Movement, conditioning, and breathwork integration

With over 15 years of experience rooted in traditional martial arts, internal energy systems, and modern combat disciplines, my training blends ancient wisdom with functional, real-world application.

Whether you're building a strong foundation, refining your technique, or seeking a disciplined practice for physical and mental resilience, these one-on-one sessions are designed to meet you where you are—and push you forward.
